About Team “Scream”
YOU SCREAM, I
SCREAM, WE ALL SCREAM FOR A CURE!!!!!! We are a group of family
& friends, co-workers & neighbors, teenagers & toddlers all
working together for one cause….to eliminate cancer!!!
Team “Scream” was organized in 2006 by
Lisa Hunter. After
participating in the 2005 American Cancer Society - Relay For
Life, she knew she wanted to do more. By June, 2006, Team
“Scream” had 47 members & raised over
$1,900.00! Family members
traveled from Missouri & West Virginia to participate in the
event. It was a great first year!.

Pecan……
We were very happy when
Marley’s Homemade Candy & Ice Cream
partnered with us. They donated ice cream, toppings & their time
during our on-site fundraising event. They continue to support
us by giving The American Cancer Society a portion of the sales
of the ice cream flavor “Butter Pecan.” Yum!!
Plans for 2007….
Team “Scream” is already working hard for 2007! We have already
had one fund-raising event at Marley’s, which was a huge
success. Watch for more in the near future. Other fundraising
activities are in the works. Check back often for updates.
